Jennifer’s Review:

*I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review*

This is a cute story about life, love, family, and the choices made regarding each.

Rachel left the small town she grew up in and followed her dreams to New York City. She’s a photographer for Vogue, has a rich and sexy lawyer boyfriend, and thinks she has everything she wants. It’s not until her mother’s death that she returns home and begins to see things in a new light.

Sometimes what our heads think we want isn’t what are hearts truly want.

Cole is the typical boy next door who would stop to help a stranger on the side of the road or help an old lady with her groceries. He’s happy in the town he was raised in and the only thing missing is Rachel. He’s loved her for years and even after she broke his heart all those years ago before she moved to the big city he still cannot stop loving her.

Sometimes tragedies create new opportunities for old flames.

If you’re in the mood for a sweet romance filled with family bonding this is a nice read.

My Favorite Moment: Christmas presents. Even brokenhearted, Cole rocks in the gift department!

Overall, I give this 3.5 stars!
