Jennifer’s Review:

*I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review*

Anna may be freaking out about how her life is developing, but she’s determined to make everything right and put it all back to the way it’s supposed to be. So what if she’s a Grand Witch; she can handle it. So what if the Prince of Darkness wants her for who knows what; she won’t back down. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know how to stay put even when she promises to, and her determination to ‘handle’ things only manages to get her in more trouble.

Valen is her sexy as a god werewolf guardian, who she wants more than anyone, but who keeps refusing his feelings for her. Roman is a hot as hell warlock who helps her learn how to use her magic, but he isn’t shy about being attracted to her…and he knows she attracted to him, because the magic doesn’t lie. Nothing like a love triangle with two drool-worthy men who both happen to be nice.

Not only does Anna have her mind distracted by a double dose of pure hotness, but she also has to learn how to use her magic and rescue her sister from Micah without putting her family or friends in harm’s way. With the clock ticking and too many possible outcomes to plan for them all, all you can do is turn the pages and read on!

This book started a little slow for me, but it’s worth getting past. Only bad news is that it does end on a cliffhanger, which is why now I’m on to book Saved by the Spell.

My Favorite Moments: I love Anna’s training sessions with both Valen and Roman. They include humor and intensity and sometimes a little awkwardness. Nothing like learning to shift without knowing what happens to your clothing when you do or a little magical persuasion to bring a desire or two to the surface.

Overall, I give this 4 stars!
