Then came the gun. The blood. The body on the coffee shop floor, a whole lot of drugs and money, and a pact between strangers to cover up a crime that sees Jess go from college student to killer with the squeeze of a trigger. But someone else knows Jess’s secret and is determined to make her pay.

Just when you think this series cannot get any better, it does! Unfiltered and Undone might just be my favorite Unfiltered book so far.
Jess Devereaux is a college student that is not only involved in the shooting at the coffee shop but is the one who actually pulled the trigger. Trying to keep this secret and stay away from her slimy ex-boyfriend that wants nothing but to control her proves to be hard until she gets a bodyguard.
Declan Cavanagh is a gun club owner and a street fighter who only wants to raise enough cash to get custody of his half-brother that is being raised by his druken father. Declan has had an eye on Jess since teaching her to shoot at his gun club. He knows she has a crazy ex-boyfriend and decides she needs to be protected from him.
Jess and Declan both have a crush on each other but when Jess makes the first move I think Declan instantly falls in love. She olds nothing back, pushes back the fear and anxiety and just jumps in head first surprising the crap out of Declan and his manhood.
Jess does not want a relationship because she feels like she will have to share her secrets. Declan is determined to make her change her mind.
This book is HOT. The chemistry between Jess and Declan is intense, emotional and raw. Declan is really the only one that Jess feels like she can confide in. If you have not read any of the Unfiltered series you are completely missing out on an incredible story and some great romances.
My Favorite Moment: Declan training Jess self defense.
Oh, there were so many things she could think of doing. Including – but not limited to – climbing on.
I just have to say that I absolutely love this series. Each book is completely different from the previous one, and yet they’re all still interconnected. Unfiltered and Undone is definitely one of my favorites.
Absolutely love Declan and Jess. Declan hasn’t had the greatest life, but he’s trying to make the best of what he has, and trying to help his little brother in the process, even if in doing so he has to resort to something he truly does not enjoy doing. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices for the ones you love, and that’s exactly the kind of man Declan is.
Jess is the girl who shoved her fear down in a moment of panic and acted without hesitation, pulling the trigger and shooting a drug dealer who was seconds away from killing someone else. Everything after that bang was a blur for her, and nothing would be the same.
Those shooting lessons at the gun range didn’t seem to have the appeal they once did for her, but Declan wouldn’t take her quitting without knowing the real reason. He was afraid he’d crossed a line and wanted to make sure that it wasn’t the reason for her change of mind.
After their relationship becomes a closer knit ‘professional’ one, they are both hesitant to cross the line, but he cajoles her into his room, and she takes full advantage of him needing her. Line? What Line? Jess has practiced long and hard and finally gets to put all that studying to work. Oh, and he enjoys every second of it.
“God, I want to…”
“Want to what?”
“Everything.Every-goddamn-thing.All at once.”
My Favorite Quote: Gotta love how best friends give it to you straight.
“Stop. Failure is not an option. You’re hot. He’s hot. You’re single. He’s single. You’re horny. He’s a guy.”
My Favorite Moment: Training in her living room.
“”You’ve gotta stop me from escaping. You ready to do that?”
She nodded, and before she could blink, she was on her back and he was on top of her.”
