Mason Hall, Navy SEAL, knows all about difficult assignments, but his current mission is one for the record books. Not only must he find a wife—and get her pregnant—or forfeit the ranch his family has prized for generations, he must also convince his three brothers to marry, too—before the year is up. Who knew one city girl and three wayward brothers could put up such a fight?

I loved this book! It drew me in with laughter and hooked me with Mason’s SEAL determination.
Regan has just taken the steps to make her life what she wants it to be. She quit her job at the bank and decided to start up her own consulting company. She also decided that she doesn’t need a man to have a baby. With technology as it is today she can do that all on her own too. She’s independent and strong and her well-laid plan goes to hell because of one druken night and a smartass reply to an obviously joking ad.
“In short, you are really hot. I’d like to lick you.”
Mason wasn’t thrilled about the conditions in which to get his family’s ranch back, but he’d do anything to go home. Even if that meant marrying and knocking up a stranger. After placing an ad for a wife and sorting through his hundreds of email responses, only one truly stood out…and it wasn’t even an honest reply. But he was hooked.
“Your qualifications are truly astounding, and you may lick me anytime you are in the vicinity.”
Their emails to each other were hilarious and once Skype was involved it only added to their connection. Though Regan was determined to play it all off as a joke, she wasn’t quite sure it was one.
“Is there one that stands out from the crowd- one that your gut tells you to focus on?”
“You mean besides the one I’m speaking to right now?”
This was a great story. I enjoyed watching how two strangers came to trust each other and the strength of family and friends. I look forward to continuing the series…bring on The Soldier’s E-Mail Order Bride.
My Favorite Moment: The obstacle course. I loved it every single time Mason did it, but my favorite was when he and Regan raced. She can be one determined woman when the objective is important enough.
