Jennifer’s Review:

*I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review*

Amazon lists this as erotica, but I didn’t get that from this book. It’s more of a romance with a little steam.

Amanda is pretty much out for only a good time. Strangers: check. Middle of a crowded club: check. But for some reason the nice guy who wants her to go to breakfast with him…without anything between them the night before: definitely no check!

She doesn’t do relationships or anything that even comes close to seeming like one, but Michael has wanted her since the moment he saw her kissing some other guy, and he’s determined to get what he wants.

Pros: The storyline was good and the characters are likeable.

Cons: The book has hardly any dialogue. It’s more like a narrative and it’s all blah, blah, blah until a third of the way through. However, the second half does get a lot better.

My Favorite Laughable Moment: The popcorn fight.

“What just happened?” Mark asked from the floor.

“The big shot, highly trained security operative just got bested by a girl!” Michael laughed.

My Favorite Character: Besides Michael and Amanda…I absolutely loved Mark!

“You followed a strange bloke into a gents in a bar?” Amanda mocked.

“Hey. He’d just saved my arse, I kinda hoped he wasn’t going to try to shag it. OK?”
