Sharon Daily has moved to Gaines, Wyoming looking for a fresh start for her and her son. Away from her family who does not have patients for Aaron and an ex-husband that does not have time for his son. Aaron is a 10 year old thriving boy that suffers from Aspersers’ Syndrome. Sharon loves to make her son smile and his love for horses is undeniable. Sharon meets some very nice people in the small town and even gets her and Aaron some riding lessons.
Tanner West is the small town’s fire chief who just happens to be a very hot and sexy man. Immediately being drawn to Sharon and Aaron, he gives riding lessons along with tours to the fire station and even introduces them to his family. Tanner loves children and is so patient and kind with Aaron that Sharon’s heart just beams when Tanner is around.
I laughed and cried and really felt joy while reading this story. The chemistry between Sharon and Tanner is hot and intense. But overall I really fell in love with Aaron. The things that come out of his mouth will make you giggle one minute and want to cry the next. This is a great read for anyone that can enjoy a man really wanting to take on a child that he wants to love as his own and provide Sharon will all the love that he has to give.
My Favorite Moment: I absolutely love the relationship between Aaron and Tanner. The undeniable love is just breathtaking.
“Can I all you daddy?” Aaron asked. “My daddy doesn’t like me. You like me and I’d like you to be my daddy.”
My Favorite Quote: There are so many that I like in this book but let’s go with a hot one.
“I’m going to eat you until you scream my name,” he said.
