The corner of her mouth curls in an almost-smile. “Its the cockiness I’m not attracted to.””

Book Length (Est.):

Book Description/Synopsis:

This player’s got a lot to learn if he wants to score . . . with the boss’s daughter.

Stone: Football is more than a game to me. It’s my calling. Becoming the Dallas Wranglers’ starting quarterback before I retire is a dream come true, but with a few wins under my belt, suddenly everyone wants a piece of me. And even though being in the spotlight has its perks—beautiful women, star treatment, more beautiful women—what really gets me sweating is the watchful gaze of my sexy-as-hell PR coach, Savannah Andrews. The catch? Her father is kind of my boss. . . .

Savannah: In my family, football is big business. When your dad owns an NFL franchise, you learn a thing or two about schmoozing, and from what I can tell, it’s not a skill in Jason Stone’s playbook. Sure, the veteran quarterback is literally larger than life. With broad shoulders, muscles on muscles, and a mouth made for kissing, he may be one of the hottest men in the league—and I should know. I’ve turned down enough players to start my own all-star team. But those guys just wanted to get close to my father. Meanwhile, Stone is getting temptingly close . . . to me.

Jason Stone plays for the Dallas Wranglers as a star quarterback. He is living his dream before he retires at the end of the year. All he wants is to take his team to the Super Bowl. Meeting a woman at a club that is not star struck definitely gets his attention. And he cannot seem to get her off of his mind.

Savannah Andrews works for the Dallas Wranglers as a PR coach. She has never been attracted to a player on the team until she realizes that Stone is not as bad as his ego lets on. Living on the edge she decides to go home with him not letting him know exactly who she is. Its only a matter of time before he realizes she is the owners daughter.

Savannah must travel with the team to keep the press away from Stone so he can focus on the game. Spending all this time with Stone will get the feeling flowing. Not to mention they cannot keep their hands off of each other.

This is the second book in the Bad Boys of Summer series and as much as I loved the first one, this was by far one of my favorite books to read of all time. I love the storyline and the chemistry between Stone and Savannah, I felt as if I was a part of their life while reading. I cannot wait for the next one to come out.

Review of Bad Reputation (Bad Boys of Sports #1) by Nicole Edwards

“Don’t you know they cater to that stuff here in Vegas?”

Genre: Contemporary Romance, Sports Romance

Book Length (Est.): 273 Pages

Book Description/Synopsis:

Meet the most wanted players in sports . . . one ridiculously hot alpha male at a time.

Chase: With a nickname like “Sin,” it’s no wonder they call me the bad boy of hockey. Opponents curse me. Fans scream my name—in the arena and in other, much more private places. Penalties or not, I’m not afraid to dish out a little pain. But pleasure? That’s my weakness. And no one knows it better than my best friend, Cassie Desrosiers. I’d have to be blind not to notice her rocking body and teasing grin. So when she invites me along on a trip to Vegas, my curiosity isn’t the only thing that’s aroused.

Cassie: Chase Barrett is a world-class A-hole. As his best friend, I’m allowed to call him on his BS. Who else is going to do it? Certainly not the puck bunnies swooning at every flex of his biceps. Everyone knows that Chase is the love-’em-and-leave-’em type. There’s no such thing as commitment for the king of casual hookups. So why should I care? Maybe because all work and no play makes me a sexually frustrated girl. It’s time to put the hockey stud at my beck and call to good use . . . but after a week in Vegas with Chase, I might never want to go back to the real world.

Chase “Sin” Barrett is a badass sex god of hockey. He lives for the game and the penalties. The fans adore him, other teams curse him and his best friend thinks he is a world class asshole. But one thing that is stable in his life is his best friend from college. When he has down time he spends all his time with her.

Cassie Desrosiers is very career driven. She is young and very high up in her company. When they ask her to go to Vegas and do this year’s speech she is thrilled, nervous but thrilled. Asking Chase to go is just icing on the cake. Vegas with her best friends and lots of drinking, what could go wrong?

Oh, how much did I love this book? I could not put this down. I had to know what was happening and I needed to know right then. Vegas, best friends, a marriage, a job lost. Yep, all in one book! Cassie has no clue how much love that Chase has for her. Chase is not sure what he feels he just knows that something in him has changed and he wants Cassie. Well, what happens in Vegas definitely follows you home.

I cannot wait to read more from “of Sports”. Yes, Personally I thought it was that good!!
