This battle of wills is about to go below the belt…
Willow Scott is sweet, innocent, and 100% untouchable. She’s the epitome of everything MMA fighter Regan “Rapscallion” Matthews has always wanted, but will never have. A woman like her deserves more than a scrapper from the wrong side of the tracks—the Scott’s charity case.
Unfortunately for Regan, his best friend’s little sister is all grown up and she’s tired of playing by the rules. When Willow sees something she wants, she goes after it—damn the consequences—and her sights are set on him. With a shot at the Welterweight title finally within his grasp, Willow Scott is a distraction Regan can’t afford. But this willful woman is determined to make him tap-out.
Willow has been in love with Regan Matthews since she was in pigtails and braces. Over the years, she’s all but given up hope of her brother’s friend returning her affection, but a part of her never stopped praying that someday he would see her as more than Kyle Scott’s annoying little sister. If Willow has her way that’s all about to change, and Regan must decide if he’s willing to risk losing his best friend and the Welterweight title for a woman he doesn’t deserve but cannot live without.

Regan has had feelings for his best friend’s little sister since she was sixteen and kissed him, but she was off-limits, and he went a little crazy trying to get over his desire for her. That is until four years later she declares game on and decides to stop holding back her feelings for him, making it extremely difficult to hold back his own.
Willow has been in love with Regan ever since she can remember, she’s even saved herself for him, and when an opportunity presents itself finally get what she’s always wanted she holds nothing back to get it.
Two people in love. A hidden romance from a brother who’d kill them. And a hitman trying to stop a testimony. Grappling For Position pulls you into the world of Regan and Willow and it’s easy to get lost in the pages.
The ending left a little bit to be desired, but overall the storyline was intriguingly capturing. What I wasn’t too fond of was how the books overlapped. I’d remember bits and pieces from the previous books, but couldn’t exactly remember all the details. It made me want to have all the books open at the same time in order to obtain the full picture.
“Why would Kyle send you to talk to me?”
“Apparently, he thinks we’re like this-” Regan held up his crossed fingers. “He obviously doesn’t know we’re like this-” He made a circle with his thumb and finger, then poked his index finger through the hole. “I’m supposed to find out who you’ve been fucking so he can kick his ass.”
– Oh what a tangled web we weave…
