All Kinds of Happily Ever Afters

Genre: Paranormal Romance

Book Length (Est.): 150 Pages

Book Description/Synopsis:

The man who made me into a werewolf turned me into a cold-blooded killer, but he went too far the night he tried to force me to murder my own sister.

With his death, the bonds that tied me to him were broken, but I had no idea that my nightmare wasn’t over–or that the man of my dreams might find me when I least expected him. Noah Longtail might be everything I ever needed, but this handsome federal agent can either send me to hell or be the angel that saves my soul.

My only shot at redeeming myself and clearing my name is to turn state’s evidence. Stashed away in a safe house with only Noah for company, it’s all I can do to avoid the temptation of his chiseled body and perfect mouth. My only goal is to get through this with my life intact, but the Wolf Brotherhood won’t stop until all of the loose ends are tied up. That means I’m not safe. And neither is my sister.

They’ll stop at nothing to take us out, but I’m tired of being their victim. Those biker sonsabitches have no idea what’s about to hit them.

They’ve messed with the wrong bitch this time.

Book three merges Aiza, Noah, Seth, and Sera’s stories together.

It picks up right where Werewolf Baby Daddy left off… Aiza wakes up after the fight at the cabin to discover Dwight dead. She’s lost and running when Noah shows up offering a little kindness and hospitality.

Sera and Seth just want their happily ever after, but when a tragedy puts a hitch in their wedding plans and the brotherhood interferes with their family everyone will come furiously together to end them once and for all.

Aiza will take back what was once hers and she’ll finally open her heart to the one who truly owns it, Noah.

The Wolf Pack’s Revenge gives you a little more depth into the characters and is by far the best of the three. It ties up all the loose ends in a neat little box with a happily ever after bow on top.

Sera is Aiza’s sister and she’s comes to town because she thinks her sister’s ‘death’ was murder and not an accident. She wants to get to the bottom of it and not even her own safety will stop her.

Seth is in town looking for his missing pack mates when Sera literally stops him in his tracks. And by stops I mean she hits him with her car.

Deciding to work together since they’re both looking into the same brotherhood Sera and Seth become close…and fast. I mean it’s not title Werewolf Baby Daddy for nothing.

They discover the deceit Dwight told and that Aiza is still alive, but she wasn’t exactly dishing out the sisterly love. And with Sera having to worry about her own child now, she has to put herself first.

Prepared for the fallout but feeling it’s unlikely Seth will turn his focus to making an honest woman out of the one he loves. The rest we’ll have to discover in book three, The Wolf Pack’s Revenge.

Review of Claimed By The Wolf Brotherhood (Packs Of The Pacific Northwest #1) by Meg Ripley

Werewolf Rules…

Genre: Paranormal Romance

Book Length (Est.): 39 Pages

Book Description/Synopsis:

Determined to make a name for herself, Aiza Simpson decides to purchase the neighborhood tavern that she’s been working at for years. When Portland’s nefarious werewolf biker pack, The Wolf Brotherhood, threatens to stake their claim on Aiza’s tavern, she vows to defend what’s rightfully hers—no matter the cost.

But Aiza might be biting off more than she can chew. Although she’s a tough wolf who can stand her own, she has no idea what dangers the Wolf Brotherhood have in store for her.

Her maker—and lover—Dwight is the only person she can turn to for help. There’s something about the fire in his touch that makes her troubles melt away; something about his alluring gaze that makes him irresistible, but Aiza isn’t sure that she can fully trust him—he is, after all, a member of the Wolf Brotherhood.

When Dwight conjures up a plan to stage her death and save her from the Brotherhood’s inevitably brutal wrath, Aiza resists at first, but quickly realizes that she’s all out of options.

Can Aiza trust him to protect her territory and save her life? Or is he only using her to further his own ambitions?

This is basically just an intro into the characters and storyline.

Aiza is a stubborn bar owner who doesn’t want to pay the brotherhood ‘for protection’. After two brotherhood bodies fall in her and Dwight’s wake she finds out her maker hadn’t been completely honest with her.

Dwight gives off major scumbag warning lights. He’s basically using Aiza as his own personal zombie bride and she doesn’t even know it thanks to the powers he has over her.

For such a short book it surprised me that the continuity is off. She’s naked from the transformation, but then he lifts her skirt, oh and then she’s naked again and discovers her clothes were shredded when she had to turn into a wolf. So how was there a skirt to lift?

There’s not a lot of depth to the characters so it’s difficult to care about any of them, but it’s the start of the series so hopefully it’ll get better.

It leaves off on a cliffhanger as Dwight turns Aiza against her own sister in order to save what’s left of his plans.
